Our Structure

Recovery
The 12 Steps
Residents are required to attend three to four12 step meetings weekly and obtain service commitments at these meetings to help them form a relationship with other members.
Along with meetings, residents must have a sponsor who they meet with and call regularly.
Community
Fellowship & Fun
We have a firm stance on having fun in recovery at Alchemy House. Through spending time with each other and forming strong friendships, to going out to the beach and attending sober events, we want to show our residents that life only gets more fulfilling and joyous in sobriety!
Accountability
Weekly House Meeting
Alchemy House believes in providing a space for residents to give each other feedback, as the ones you live with are the ones who know you best.
Each house has a weekly "accountability meeting" where each residents updates staff and their peers on where they are in their steps, how many meetings they attended, what they felt they did well and where they struggled the previous week, and what their goals are for the following week.
This enables residents to gain solution and new tools to help them succeed in their recovery.
Growth & Integrity
House Obligations
Daily chores are assigned each week to keep our residents accountable and teach them how to maintain their space and contribute to a community. Not only are chores required, but all of our residents must be working, in an IOP, or attending school, in an effort to better their current situation and learn how to show up for themselves sober.
